Where it all began!
Established by Terry L. Alkire in 1981, Alkire construction is a General building contractor specializing in complex remodeling projects located in Modesto California.
Terry Started his business with a desire to change the way a construction company was operated. As a skilled carpenter, and tradesman he was tired of only working part time for other contractors, and constantly working himself out of a job. He saw an opportunity to not only control his own future, but provide a business that could keep other skilled craftsmen busy year around, and provide security in an often unstable line of work.
Our Mission at Alkire Construction is the same as it was 37 years ago when we started, to provide quality work to our customers, provide a secure and stable environment for our skilled employees to thrive in, and change the way the public views the remodeling industry!
